Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the grated zucchini, oats, flour, brown sugar, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
