- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides to create boats.
- Mix the chicken, turkey bacon, mozzarella, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Fill each zucchini boat with the mixture.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of each filled zucchini.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the zucchinis are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings!
- For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon and chicken.
