Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides to create boats.
  3. Mix the chicken, turkey bacon, mozzarella, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  4. Fill each zucchini boat with the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of each filled zucchini.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the zucchinis are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
