- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups banana pudding
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
- Prepare the banana pudding as directed on the package.
- Layer the sliced bananas over the cooled crust, then pour the prepared pudding on top.
- Spread the whipped cream over the pudding layer.
- Sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use ripe bananas.
- Make sure the whipped cream is stabilized for a firmer topping.
