- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, peanut butter, and eggs until well mixed.
- Roll the dough into balls and then roll them in the sugar mixture.
- Place the cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chocolate chips or chopped peanuts to the dough.
- For chewier cookies, do not overbake.
