- 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the cherries into the whipped cream mixture.
- Spread the cherry and cream mixture over the crust evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Feel free to use other fruits instead of cherries for a different flavor.
