Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in the cherries into the whipped cream mixture.
  5. Spread the cherry and cream mixture over the crust evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
