Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, instant coffee, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- In the last few minutes of churning, add the chopped chocolate-covered coffee beans.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of instant coffee.
- You can substitute the chocolate-covered coffee beans with any other mix-ins of your choice.
