- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 package gnocchi
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add diced chicken to the pan and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes.
- Add gnocchi and cook until they float to the top.
Notes
- This dish can be garnished with grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
- Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini to the mix.
