Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 package gnocchi
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add diced chicken to the pan and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add gnocchi and cook until they float to the top.

Notes

  • This dish can be garnished with grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
