Instructions

- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
- Return the steak medallions to the skillet, coating them in the creamy sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
