- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning, then add the fresh spinach.
- Return the turkey bacon to the skillet, stir to combine, and let simmer for a few minutes.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can use garlic powder or onion powder.
- Serve with pasta or rice for a complete meal.
