- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, cheddar cheese, chopped turkey bacon, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Open the package of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit on a clean surface and add a spoonful of the turkey mixture in the center.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the filled bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some Italian seasoning to the turkey mixture.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
