Instructions
- Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken, let it rest, then slice.
- Add chopped basil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and capers to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Toss the pasta into the mixture and mix well.
- Serve topped with sliced chicken.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in lemon juice and herbs beforehand.
- Crushed red pepper can be added for an extra kick.
