  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 pound bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped bacon, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, onion, garlic, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into a loaf shape.
  4. Place the meatloaf in a greased baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
  5. While the meatloaf is baking, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
  6. Drain the potatoes and mash them with butter, milk, and seasoning to taste.
  7. Once the meatloaf is cooked, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve the slices of meatloaf with a generous helping of mashed potatoes and cheese.
