- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat together sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sour cream, pineapple juice, and crushed pineapple. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a tropical twist, add toasted coconut flakes on top before serving.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for better flavor development.
