Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream, pineapple juice, and crushed pineapple. Mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping gently.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a tropical twist, add toasted coconut flakes on top before serving.
