- 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, cook the chicken ham until browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and layer the turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, and green onions.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add spinach or mushrooms to the filling.
- Allow the pie to cool before storing to prevent sogginess.
