Ingredients

  • 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the chicken ham until browned.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and layer the turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, and green onions.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add spinach or mushrooms to the filling.
  • Allow the pie to cool before storing to prevent sogginess.
