- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, brown sugar, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Place a small spoonful of the pineapple mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton wrappers with water and fold to seal.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the wontons until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar for an added touch.
- Can be paired with vanilla ice cream for a delicious dessert.
