  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, applesauce, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing.
