- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, applesauce, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
